How do I review my plan?

To review your plan, visit the Billing tab of your Web Meeting account. In the summary tab, you’ll see every conference code you have activated, including type of plan, toll & toll-free rates, and the option to change or delete each conference code associated with your account.

How do I retrieve my invoice?

To view your invoices, visit the Invoices tab in the Billing section of your Web Meeting account. You will have the option to view the invoice total and balance. You can also print your invoices from this tab.

How do I view my payment receipt?

To view your payment records, visit the Payments tab in the Billing section of your account. Click on any payment ID number to view payment details.

Is invoicing available?

Invoicing is available for corporate plans. Contact Sales to learn more and determine if your account will qualify.

What is cost breakdown report?

Your cost breakdown report details usage and cost of each on-demand or pay per use plan in your account. Each Call ID number reflects a specific call. Click the Call ID to review call times, participants, and more.

Unlimited conference lines don’t require cost breakdown reports since they are billed monthly, not by call.

What is billing code used for?

Some organizations choose to use billing codes to reflect different project, client, or employee usage internally. If you need to set a billing code for your conference calls, you can choose your own code.

Your billing code can include digits 1-20 and must not start with a 0.

To activate the billing code setting on your account, visit your Account Settings page. Then, under “Default Conference Settings,” switch your Billing Code option to “On.”

To use your billing code on a call, you will be prompted to enter it after the host code.

How do I change my plan?

To change your current plan, log in and go to the Billing tab. Scroll down to find the specific code you would like to update. Click “Change Plan” to choose an alternative.

How do I cancel my account?

To cancel your account, visit your Billing Summary. Click “Cancel Account” under General Information. You will not be billed for any future months.

How do I update my credit card?

To update your credit card, visit your Billing Summary. Under credit card information, click “Manage Card” then “Edit Information.” Enter your relevant credit card information and billing address and click “Submit.”

What is the Universal Service Fund (USF)?

The Universal Service Fund (USF) is a government administered fund used to support telecommunication services in rural and high cost areas to low income consumers, government facilities such as schools and libraries, and to health care facilities across the nation.

All telecommunication companies, including conference calling services, collect the Universal Service Fund Fee at this time based on the percentage rate provided by the FCC.

As of Q1 2016, the USF rate is 18.2% of end-user revenues.

100% of the Universal Service Fund collected by Vast Conference is passed on to the Universal Service Administration Corporation, which is responsible for collecting and disbursing of the USF fees collected.
